He shares some surprising science behind various spiritual practices including Reiki, Crystals and other alternative practices. He digs into how your thoughts, emotions and beliefs have healing power and a link between consciousness and human connection.

How our beliefs are influenced by our perceptions and help us in creating our business reality. What to do if your thoughts are not creating the life and business you desire. How to understand your thoughts, emotions and beliefs for greater healing power.

Perception into reality
If you look at studies of the placebo effect there are numerous experiments where a participant has been given a placebo. But told it was a drug that would help them alleviate their symptoms. It’s through the power of belief that they have got better.
It’s our perception of what we believe to be true that creates our reality. If a doctor (an expert in the medical field) were to give you tablets for a specific health condition you would put your belief in it’s healing effects. It’s what we believe to be true that creates our reality.
It’s the same in your life and business. If you have a coach or mentor supporting you that believes in you. Who supports and encourages you to believe in your goals, you increase the chances of hitting them. Why? Because you start to believe you can achieve your goals. The power of belief is transformative and literally has the ability to manifest your dreams into reality.
Creating the life and business you desire
If your thoughts are not creating the reality you would like there are several things you can do. But first remember that the power of belief comes from your thoughts. Your thoughts are created from your beliefs and your beliefs create your reality. So it’s critical you are mindful of the beliefs you hold.
Here are some approaches you can take to shifting your beliefs and your reality…
Affirmations: Through the power of repeated affirmations (the brain learns through repetition) you have the power to reprogramme your thoughts and beliefs. For affirmations to work even more effectively, I encourage you to smile as you say the affirmations. Neuroscientists say it’s more effective as smiling increases happy chemicals in your brain.
Meditation: The practice of meditation is wonderful for calming, centering and clearing the mind. It can also help you get clarity on what is blocking you, including the negative beliefs that you hold about yourself. It will help you accept and release any thoughts and beliefs that are not serving you. So you can step into more powerful and supportive beliefs.
Visualisation: The mind doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality. When you spend just a few minutes every day visualising your goals you’re able to shift your thoughts and beliefs. Over time and through a consistent practice you’re able to transform your thoughts and external reality. Once you change your thoughts, you change your beliefs. That’s the power of belief.
Understanding your thoughts, emotions and beliefs
Your thoughts, emotions and beliefs are created through your experiences in the world and the meaning you apply to them. Whether that be a positive or negative meaning. The majority of these are created in your childhood years as you create your model of the world. As you create your beliefs about what you believe to be true or not.
Doing deep reflective journaling can help you uncover your thoughts, emotions and beliefs. Take time to reflect on the internal stories you tell yourself about your abilities. Where did these come from? Are they even true? Do they belong to you or someone else?
Forgiveness is a powerful process in healing the past and will help you heal and allow you to move forward. Supporting you in letting go of old beliefs and bringing in new, more positive and empowering ones. The power of belief will help create powerful transformations to support you in hitting your goals for a happier and more fulfilled life and business.
