I had a few coaches prior to having the pleasure of having Suzie as a coach, so I knew what to expect. I wanted a coach to help me with making a decision about going back to my previous career. The Matrix Re-imprinting technique that Suzie went through helped me realise that I needed to address the beliefs I had carried as a child into adulthood, before I could make any decisions. I was coming to Suzie as a business owner who was looking for clarity and to readdress the balance. The balance being working nights for one employer, working on the business through the day and also a major bereavement in my life. Things had got off kilter and I had lost some momentum. More surviving day to day rather than thriving.

Suzie is top notch and was a great pleasure to work with. It was quite frankly life changing for me on a personal and professional perspective. Even after a couple of sessions, I could start to see there was light at the end of the tunnel and the fog of my hectic life was starting to becoming clearer, in terms of how I would handle things going forward and what goals to work towards as well. I wasn’t the easiest client to work with in terms of having to sometimes reschedule sessions at the 11th hour or coming to a session exhausted but nonetheless she was able to work with me, whatever I was going through at that time.

Suzie is very genuine and I think that in itself is a huge plus for me in terms of the coaching industry – she gave me huge value add for the cost of the package. I know I have changed this year, as well as getting a bit of back to my old self as well. Whenever I got stuck, she was patient, and able to give me the tools to be able to move forward, such as the use of EFT. Being new to EFT, I didn’t know what to expect, but I trusted Suzie.  I can honestly say that the emotions that I felt at the beginning of the session, had mostly dissipated by the end of the session, and I was able to set effective goals without the negative emotion attached, meaning that I could finally move forward with something that had been holding me back for years.

In addition to this, Suzie provided me with tools that I could use day to day to boost my confidence (anchoring) and to manage my negative thoughts (using mickey mouse voice). If you want a coach that really listens, gets results, genuinely cares, and is fun, then I would recommend Suzie.  Her enthusiasm is infectious!
