1. Recognise the pattern

2. Rewire your inner dialogue
Your thoughts create your reality. Instead of saying, “I’m not ready,” try “I’m learning as I go.” Instead of “What if I fail?” ask, “What if I succeed?” Challenge the narrative that keeps you stuck and replace it with empowering beliefs.
3. Take imperfect action
Perfectionism is just fear dressed up as productivity. Action is the antidote. Take one small, tangible step today, whether that’s reaching out to a potential client, posting on social media, or setting clear business goals. Each step builds confidence and momentum.
4. Surround yourself with expanders
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Find mentors, coaches, or a supportive community that reflects back your potential. Seeing others achieve what you desire rewires your brain to believe it’s possible for you, too.
