What you think affects how you feel, how you feel affects how you act, how you act affects your outcomes and results.

THINK + FEEL + ACT = OUTCOME

Everything starts with your thoughts and belief system.

When you discover your HIDDEN subconscious beliefs, you have the power to transform them.

There are many ways to do this and I want to share a powerful method with you today. As you go throughout the day, notice your negative thoughts and the voice of your inner critic. 

Write down the opposite of your limiting beliefs and turn it into a positive mantra. Look for themes and practise your mantra’s daily to apply above the formula.

You’ll think different, feel different, act different and most importantly will create BIGGER and BETTER outcomes for you and your business 🎉🎉🎉

What you think affects how you feel. How you feel affects how you act. How you act affects your outcome, income and impact in the world

The subconscious mind is a sneaky beast and can sabotage your progress and keep you in your comfort zone. That’s why it’s important to anchor in your new beliefs to increase the joy, success and happiness in your life and business.

Here are several ways you can anchor this in…

❤️ Record your mantras as voice note and play them back (hearing them in your own voice is powerful)

💚 Write your goal on the mirror

💛 Set up a screensaver on your phone, laptop or tablet

💙 Write affirmations and put them where you’ll see them every day

💜 Create a vision board with your goals and dreams and look at it every day

Which ones resonate the most with you? What other ways can you think of to anchor in more joy, success and happiness in your life and business?

Now you have the secret formula for business breakthroughs. Plus some powerful anchors to sink it all in and reprogram your subconscious mind. But how do you stay consistent for long term business breakthroughs?

That’s where accountability comes in. Whether it’s a weekly check in with a business body or working with a coach or mentor. With all the best will and intention in the world we can still fall off the wagon with our best practices. Especially when it comes to healing the subconscious mind.

Another way to stay accountable is to do a weekly check in with yourself. Here are some good questions you can ask each week…

1) What were the biggest wins or successes you experienced this week? What made those achievements possible, and how can you replicate or build upon that moving forward?

2) What challenges or obstacles did you face, and what did you learn from overcoming them or attempting to overcome them? How will those lessons shape your approach going into next week?

3) Looking back, is there anything you would have done differently or wish you had prioritised higher? What got in the way of making those things a priority this past week?

4) What is one key insight or lesson you’re taking away from this week that can help propel you closer to your biggest goals and dreams? How can you apply that lesson practically in the coming week?
