Self-awareness has been a huge game changer for me because with it you have the power to take different actions . It’s absolutely key to the growth of your business, along with balancing your masculine and feminine energy.
In this week’s blog, we’re going to be exploring your identity around success and embodying the best version of yourself. What to do if you’re stuck in a loop of negative self-talk that has you doubting your actions. Lastly, how to reframe your language to feel better and energetically attract your goals and desires
Ready to dive in?
Identity of success
Is your current identity one of success? Ask yourself what would you really love in your life and business. You can make a list of 10 things or journal out a description of who you are. Then from there you get to create the identity of ‘who is the best version of yourself’.
This is a fun activity because you can then consider what decisions you’d make from the best version of yourself would take and make small steps based on this. Ask yourself, what would the best version of yourself be doing differently? How is that different to your current identity and the limitations you’re putting on your success?
Stay grounded
When you feel stuck in a trap of negative thinking that plays on repeat, focus on staying grounded. Create that balance between your masculine (doing) and feminine (receiving) energy. Focus on filling your day with things that bring you joy and increase your vibrational energy.
Practice mindfulness to bring yourself back to the present moment and bring awareness to your energy states. Each day set an intention for a balance to help you tune into both your masculine and feminine energies as you go through your meditation.
When you come out of meditation, write down any ‘ahas’ around your thoughts and feelings. Take the time to reflect on situations when you were more in your masculine or feminine energy. What can you learn from these experiences and how can you bring them into your day?
Reframe the story
It’s easy to fall into the trap of self-doubt and imposter syndrome and feeling you’re not cut out for entrepreneurship. All this does is diminish your confidence and self-belief. Instead remember your achievements and find evidence of your ability and potential.
The entrepreneurial journey is not linear and sometimes you will need to take a step back to leap forward. Shift your narrative from “I’m not cut out for this” to “I’m still learning and growing, this is just part of the process”.
Define success on your terms and know that it can and will evolve. Be kind to yourself, take a deep breath and trust in your journey. Knowing that you are capable of creating the success you desire.
Receiving support
The entrepreneurial journey can come with its challenges and one of those is feeling worthy of receiving. Of calling in more clients and creating more impact in your business. If you want to flex your receiving muscle I have spots available this month on The Empowered Entrepreneur coaching programme. Just email me at suzie@suzieflynn.com with IMPACT to find out more.
